3 Berry Smoothie

Fresh food is good food, create something delicious, keep it natural! – Organic is best!


Note: use any type of fresh berrie or fruit that is in season.

Put all ingredients into the blender and blend to the consistency you like.

Options: you can add wheat germ for more fibre and/or a couple of spoons of flax seed oil for your daily dose of omega-3.
